Unless you have close friends who want to play WaW zombies with you, and if your PC isn't too weak to run the newer games of the franchise I recommend you to check out black ops 3. that's why there are plenty of threads on this forum, by people asking for partners and sharing discord's. it just doesn't show most of the actual lobbies even when refreshing, except lobbies by the hosts with decent NAT settings (port forwarding usually helps for that). unlike subsequent treyarch CoDs with zombie mode, WaW's public matchmaking is indeed troublesome, due to the somewhat broken server list since almost game's launch.
